Birdman refreshes its creatine selection with a flavored competitor infused with electrolytes

Birdman Creatine Refresher

The eye-catching and well-marketed Mexican brand Birdman has expanded on its selection of competitors in the exploding creatine category, finally giving fans more than its straightforward standalone effort simply named Creatine Monohydrate. There is now the all-new Creatine Electrolyte Refresher, which is an advanced creatine offering that gives you a full dose of the tried and true ingredient as well as a few complementary features.

Birdman’s Creatine Electrolyte Refresher provides 5g of classic creatine monohydrate per serving to power muscle strength, performance, and power. It is also worth nothing; the brand has gone out of its way to bear the CreaClean seal, meaning the creatine has been tested for quality and purity. Next to that core component, the brand has included a few vitamins and a splash of electrolytes for additional hydration and performance support.

The one final feature of Creatine Electrolyte Refresher that separates the supplement from Birdman’s original standalone creatine is that it’s flavored. The innovation has hit the market in Lemon Twist, a familiar Pink Lemonade, Golden Peach, and Watermelon Splash flavors. The extra complexity does drastically raise the price of Creatine Refresher compared to Birdman’s more straightforward effort at $407 (19.96 USD) for a bottle of 30 full servings.
