Integralmedica teams up with iconic Ovaltine for a delicious protein bar

Integralmedica X Ovomaltine Protein Crisp

Another sports nutrition company debuting something at this year’s Arnold Sports Festival South America is the Brazilian giant Integralmedica; interestingly, it is the same sort of thing as Nutrex and Dr. Peanut have debuted at the event in a protein bar. More interestingly, the functional innovation the brand has crafted is not a standard flavor; it is actually an authentic flavor collaboration, adding on to the already large number of options available for Integralmedica’s Protein Crisp.

The popular Brazilian supplement company Integralmedica has teamed up with the legendary chocolate-flavored malted drink powder Ovomaltine, also commonly known as Ovaltine, it all depends on the part of the world you are in. The brand has gotten together with that mainstream product and crafted a flavor of its delicious candy bar-style protein snack. The Ovomaltine Protein Crisp looks to provide that classic malty chocolate taste, featuring a doughy base layer, a gooey filling just above that, and a bunch of chocolate pieces, all covered in a coating of rich chocolate.

As absolutely mouthwatering as Integralmedica’s Ovomaltine Protein Crisp looks and sounds, it does not disappoint on nutrition, packing as much protein as the many other options on the menu of the protein bar at 12g in a 45g piece. The carbohydrates come in at a moderate 20g with 11g of that sugar, 8g of fat, and a pinch less than 200 calories at 196. The delicious Ovomaltine collaboration debuted at the Arnold Sports Festival South America, but it is also available directly online.
