Skytrition makes it all about pumps in its other pre-workout Blow It Up

From Stack3d
Skytrition Blow It Up

The young Swedish sports nutrition company Skytrition recently entered a category that most industry newcomers start with a stimulant-backed pre-workout called Mess It Up. The growing brand has also launched Blow It Up, a stimulant-free alternative to Mess It Up, which has many of the same ingredients; in fact, more than half of its formula is the same. It is essentially a more pump-centric offering without any of the energy and focus support.

Skytrition has kept all of the pump-enhancing components of Mess It Up in Blow It Up, including 1.5g of arginine inositol silicate, similar to Nitrosigine, a hefty 5g of Glycersize glycerol, 8g of pure citrulline with a synergistic 200mg of glutathione, and a triple 150mg hit of the S7 blend. The brand’s other pre-workout also comes with a host of hydration features you don’t get in the other one, in 2g of taurine, and a couple of quality electrolyte sources.

What you won’t find in Blow It Up are any energy and focus ingredients, essentially anything that’ll have a stimulatory effect. That means none of the nootropic citicoline, no Zynamite, and, of course, no caffeine, resulting in the loss of caffeine anhydrous and CaffShock. Interestingly, the brand has also removed the 3g of betaine anhydrous, further pushing for that pump-powering experience with everything in the formula there for that specific purpose.

Skytrition doesn’t charge anything more for Blow It Up compared to Mess It Up at 499 SEK (51.87 USD) for a tub of 20 servings. The pump-focused supplement has the same three flavors as the brand’s stimulant pre-workout in Rainbow Stripes, Mango Lemonade, and Raspberry Blueberry. That makes it easier to use Blow It Up and Mess It Up together, and if you do, be aware of the overlap, as that will take you to 16g of straight citrulline.
