Animal blends classic creatine and HMB for another creatine-based supplement

Animal Creatine Hmb

The original hardcore supplement company, Animal, wasn’t present in the creatine category in any direct method for the longest time. Only in the last few years did it launch dedicated creatine products in Micronized Creatine, the edible Creatine Chewables, and Creatine XL. Since all of those rolled out, Animal has put a lot more focus on the space, as have many others, and this month it is expanding its selection once again in the space with Creatine HMB.

Animal Creatine HMB takes a page out of the books of Transparent Labs and, more recently, Fresh Supplements, by combining classic creatine monohydrate and the leucine metabolite HMB to support performance, strength, and recovery. The two ingredients are somewhat of a perfect pair, and in the Animal innovation, the creatine is at a full 5g a serving, and the HMB is premium, myHMB-branded, and also at a solid dosage of 3g per serving.

Animal has also topped off Creatine HMB by infusing some electrolytes too, not a lot, but a fair amount to additionally support hydration and further drive performance. Everything in the product has been packaged into a flavored powder with two tastes to choose from in Power Punch and Dragon Berry. Creatine HMB is obviously more expensive than any other creatine competitor from Animal, sitting around $50 for a month’s supply of 30 servings.
