Prime partners with the MLB in Japan and releases another five special edition bottles

Prime Hydration Drink Mlb Collab In Japan

The hydration giant Prime from Logan Paul and KSI recently broke into the Japanese market, bringing its signature Prime Hydration Drink to the 10s of millions of consumers in that part of the world. The country has north of 50,000 convenience stores, making for a very different landscape from anywhere else in the world. Inside those locations is a vast variety of canned and bottled beverages, although hydration is not a core part of that selection.

Prime will be gradually building its brand, presence, and awareness in Japan moving forward, and it’s just made an announcement that is going to drastically help that along in a partnership with Major League Baseball Japan. The Prime Hydration Drink has become an official partner of the league, and alongside that, it has announced the launch of five special edition bottles, reskinned and themed around some of the biggest teams in the sport.

The special edition Prime Hydration Drinks are collaborations with the Boston Red Sox, San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago White Sox. We’re not sure of the flavor, but we’re assuming they’re reskins of the two varieties Prime started with in Japan earlier this year in Ice Pop and Lemonade, which are also collaborations themselves, with label designs themed around the Los Angeles Dodgers.
