Savas finally jumps on the clear protein approach in its new Whey Protein Water Drink

Savas Whey Protein Water

Savas in Japan recently released what is kind of a clear protein shake or protein water beverage, although it didn’t refer to it as such. We’re talking about Savas Whey Protein Drink, a ready-to-go offering that quickly made its way out to stores, packing 20g of protein, all from whey isolate, and in the one Muscat Grape flavor. We thought it was a missed opportunity to jump on the clear protein trend, although we weren’t thinking further enough ahead.

Savas has indeed followed up its whey isolate-powered Whey Protein Drink with something right in that clear protein realm, introducing Savas Whey Protein Water. This one has been built significantly more around the style of protein, coming in the one refreshing Grapefruit flavor. It doesn’t have as much protein as the similar isolate-based offering at 15g in a 500ml bottle with no fat, almost no carbohydrates at 2g, only 100mg of sugar, and 67 calories.

Savas Whey Protein Water is very much like Whey Protein Drink, packing an immaculate nutrition profile and it comes exclusively in a fruity flavor, although it does rely on Danish milk protein for its muscle-building macro as opposed to whey isolate. The product is out now, and while most markets you say that and it takes a few weeks, in Japan, that means available now if not then give a couple of days and it’ll be everywhere Savas already is.
