Catalyst Protein Bar brand makes a supplement purely to help with stress and relaxation

Catalyst 4 Fitness Ease

The Catalyst Protein Bar isn’t the only health and nutrition protein from the similarly named brand, Catalyst 4 Fitness, by trainer Sharon Chamberlin. The company also has a host of actual supplements, covering all sorts of categories such as protein powder, multivitamin, creatine, pre-workout, aminos, and weight management. The catalog of products now also has a relaxation capsule formula with Catalyst’s Ease.

The goal of the newest supplement from Catalyst 4 Fitness is to help you relax, unwind, destress, and recover, with a relatively simple set of ingredients. The main driver in the product is ashwagandha at a full 600mg per serving, not the premium KSM-66 Ashwagandha, just the standard version. Catalyst has included that alongside phosphatidylserine at 40mg, zinc, vitamin B6, and a variety of magnesium sources.

Catalyst Ease doesn’t have a lot of ingredients, but they’re reliable and in there purely to support calming, relaxation, and stress. The brand doesn’t charge an over-the-top cost for its latest supplement either at $36.95 for a bottle of 30 servings. Even though you may not get many ingredients in a product, it’s common to slap a premium price tag on something if it’s rather niche, but Catalyst has steered clear of that in Ease.
