Liquid Death makes a ghost pepper flavor and taste tests it on the mothers of employees

From Stack3d
Deathberry Inferno Liquid Death

The unforgettable canned water company Liquid Death has a record-long list of unique products, collaborations, and activations, and it doesn’t seem to end. It was only earlier this month that the popular brand gave away its customized vending machine, and now it’s rolling out something as different, but everyone can actually try it. Now available at the big box retailer Walmart is a limited-edition Deathberry Inferno Liquid Death Sparkling Water.

With a name like that, you may be asking, is this a spicy flavor of Liquid Death’s signature sparkling water? The answer to that is yes, and it’s an extreme yes, as the point of this is to provide a fiery taste experience, far from the standard light and crisp flavors of the beverage. The brand describes the flavor as strawberry lava, and that’s no exaggeration, as it is made with strawberry and lime flavor, as well as ghost pepper, ensuring it delivers on the name.

Again, the Deathberry Inferno Liquid Death Sparkling Water is currently only available at Walmart in the brand’s smaller 12oz soda-style can in packs of six. While the brand heavily promotes it for a high-heat experience, even putting a parental warning on it, it has proven that it’s within reason. Liquid Death actually taste tested the product on the mothers of employees, and you can see that complete video, where one person describes it as like “gargling hot sauce”.
