Like the functional product, it is a straightforward innovation, giving you a solid source of protein that you can turn into a shake, smoothie, or use wherever you would use a traditional protein powder.
The protein per serving of Muscle Nation High Protein Powder sits at 30g, a bit above the usual 25g, and it comes from a wide variety of sources, including whey concentrate and isolate, skim milk, and faba bean, and around 6 to 7g of carbohydrates, and 2g of fat. It’s relatively balanced and straightforward, again, like the High Protein Bar, it serves the purpose of a quick protein powder pick up from Coles at $60 (39.05 USD) for a 450g tub.
There are two traditional flavors to choose from, two of the most traditional you’ll actually find in the sports nutrition industry, with Chocolate and Vanilla, and again, the High Protein Bar and High Protein Powder are currently only available at Coles.
