Mush raises the protein to 15g in a new version of its signature overnight oats

Mush Protein Overnight Oats

Mush built its name around its signature overnight oats pots, where you genuinely get a pot of mush made of almond milk, oats, and flavoring ingredients like apples, cinnamon, cocoa powder, strawberries, and maple sugar. The product is your standard overnight oats made a whole lot more convenient and arguably to perfection, and if you’re like us and religiously mix oats with protein, Mush now has you covered on that front too.

Mush Protein Overnight Oats is precisely what you think it is, with that original mushy oatmeal protein infused with a quality source of protein. The recipe is oats, flavoring ingredients, and either almond milk and milk isolate or oat milk, to help push the product to its heightened 15g of protein per pot. It is still a carbohydrate-heavy food with between 36 to 41g, 14 or 15g of that sugar, 8 to 10g of fat, and calories ranging from 270 to 290.

Mush Protein Overnight Oats

The newly released Protein Overnight Oats doesn’t just sell itself on the extra protein, with as much as five times Mush’s regular Overnight Oats, it has also launched in more flavors. There are nine in total and they all sound delicous, including the likes of Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter Banana, and a decadent Chocolate Brownie. The innovation is a great way for Mush fans to get more protein and quality carbs into their diet, mostly the protein, and it is making its way to stores this month, including Wegmans, Target, and Whole Foods.
