CG5 is a classic complex creatine supplement from the GNC available brand PMD, and we say classic as it brings together two ingredients that are commonly combined and are also often the first standalones brands come out with. CG5 blends creatine and glutamine, and the number in the name also links back around to the formula. Each serving of the long-running product has a 2.5g blend of five different creatines and also 2.5g of five different glutamines.
While the trend of flavored glutamine has only come on strong as of late, PMD and CG5 have been on to it for a while, with Unflavored available but also Cherry Vanilla Slush and Strawberry Watermelon flavors.
