AllMax makes a protein powder version of its dairy-free meal replacement

Allmax Nutrition Meal Prep Lite

Legacy Canadian company AllMax Nutrition has revealed and released a spin-off of its clean and nutritious meal replacement, Meal Prep, to go alongside its signature selection of protein powders like AllWhey, ISOFlex, CaseinFX, HexaPro, and the gainer QuickMass. Meal Prep Lite is the appropriate name of the innovation, as it is built from the ground up to replace a clean and light meal made with whole food ingredients.

AllMax Nutrition’s Meal Prep Lite combines beef protein, brown rice, pea, egg albumin, chicken, and almond protein to provide 23g of protein per serving. Similar to the more balance Meal Prep, the lean spin-off is proud of its whey-free approach. The supplement highlights that fact as one of the three callouts right on the front of its label, where in line with “Zero Sugar” and “Nutrient Dense”, is “Dairy Free”.

Allmax Nutrition Meal Prep Lite Label

In combination with Meal Prep Lite’s various sources of protein is a whole host of superfoods, including the likes of kale, wheat grass, spinach, spirulina, beetroot, carrot, broccoli, turmeric, and the functional mushroom reishi. The carbohydrates aren’t as high as your standard meal replacement, far from the regular Meal Replacement at 5g per serving, with none of that sugar and 2g fiber, then 2.5g of fat, and 130 calories.

AllMax Nutrition’s Meal Prep Lite brings the approach of the nutritionally dense Meal Prep down to the level of protein powder, as 23g of protein to 5g of carbohydrates and 130 calories is on par with your standard competitor in the category. The twist is that this product does it all without the usual whey or milk and an infusion of superfoods. Meal Pre Lite is available in Canada in tubs of 30 servings in Double Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Waffle Cone flavors.
