Expanding upon that, this year, is a more comprehensive meal replacement supplement aptly named Complete Nutrition. It gives fans the ability to grab something to better replace a meal rather than boost their daily protein intake, as you get in the already available MyoGold and LipoWhey.
Complete Nutrition from Myoplex comes packaged in single-serving sachets, and inside each of those is 28g of complete protein, 13g of carbohydrates with almost all of that sugar at 12g, 2g of fat, and 184 calories. The macronutrients are reinforced with a host of vitamins and minerals to support general health and wellness, then to give it that something extra, there is also a full 5g of creatine and a gram of HMB for strength and performance.
Meal replacements have gone up and down over the years in terms of popularity, and at the moment they’re more up than down with the rise in GLP-1 support, which is something Myoplex calls out on the front of Complete Nutrition. The individually packaged servings really help make this more versatile for consumers, and it can be purchased in boxes of 30, all in one flavor, or with ten each of Rich Creamy Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry.
