Japan’s Grong begins offering a capsule version of its arginine and citrulline product

Grong Arginine Citrulline Caps

Arginine isn’t an ingredient you see a whole lot of here in the US anymore, and while it was popular a couple of decades ago, it is still very much in other markets around the world, including in Asia, and even more so in Europe. We’re focusing on the former on this occasion, as the Japanese brand Grong has put together a straightforward pump-enhancing capsule product featuring a hefty dosage of classic arginine.

Arginine Citrulline is a supplement Grong has had on the market for a while in flavored powder, and now consumers can also get it in capsules. Just like the original, the pill version has 3g of arginine and a gram of pure citrulline per serving to improve and enhance muscle pumps. The spin-off Grong Arginine Citrulline Caps is actually relatively similar in value to the powder, and it has two sizes to choose from.

In total, the newly released capsule variant has a total of 90g of arginine and 30g of citrulline in the 300-count and double that for the 600-count option. Again, the dosage per serving is 3g of arginine and a gram of citrulline, giving you freedom to scale up or down to an amount you prefer. Grong has listed the smaller Arginine Citrulline Caps at ¥1,584, and for twice as many, you’ll pay 5% less in total at ¥3,024.
