While your standard energy shots or even more complex pre-workout shots come in pocket-sized, screw gap bottles measuring around 60 to 100mls, they can also be found in the cylindrical type bottles that look like test tubes. Hardline has just dropped an all-new supplement in that less common format, although it’s not technically something entirely new as it’s a spin-off of its already available pre-workout PreX.
Hardline Nutrition has put out a very compact, shot version of PreX, and it is actually a direct copy in terms of formula. The Turkish brand has retained all of the same main ingredients and dosages as the original powder, including 4.5g of beta-alanine and 800mg of taurine to drive performance. There is also 3g of arginine AKG and a light 1g of pure citrulline, and for a boost in energy, a moderate 210mg of classic caffeine.
Again, the PreX Shot is all of the ingredients and dosages you get in the PreX bulk powder, but packaged into a quick-to-swallow 30ml shot. It’s basically a single serving of the pre-workout, offering all of the same performance, pump, and energy support, without the need to carry around a bulk tub, shaker, or mixing. The PreX spin-off also comes in one of the original’s two flavors, not Orange but a sweet-tasting Cola.
