Lifted Nutrition is an emerging supplement company out of Australia that we recently featured with the launch of its great value, standalone creatine. During that announcement, the brand was kind enough to send over a tub of its well-rounded pre-workout Elevate, currently at version two, so Elevate 2.0. On paper, it didn’t look like anything we hadn’t seen or tried before, but after putting it through its paces in the gym, we haven’t stopped scooping.
Review
Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been running Lifted Nutrition’s Elevate 2.0 day after day and compared to others, and damn is it intense, well beyond what you’d expect judging purely by its facts panel. We get pre-workouts sent over on an almost daily basis, and we like to try everything at least once. So long as it checks all of the boxes in ingredients and dosages, we’ll throw it down, and if it’s good, we’ll keep going until we’re out.

The potent pre-workout Elevate 2.0 proved to be one of those supplements that we couldn’t get enough of, whether you’re talking something light and less intense like shoulders or an arm workout, or the dreaded leg day and heavier back day. Elevate 2.0 gets the job done, and despite being the seasoned veterans that we are with stimulants and pre-workouts, this one hit harder than anything we’ve had in quite some time.
Usually, international pre-workouts are not all that impressive, recently though, Australia has latched onto the premium pre-workout trend and pumped out some serious competitors. Lifted Nutrition’s Elevate 2.0 is one of those high-end entries in the category, and it hits. With 360mg of caffeine, hordenine, huperzine, alpha-gpc, tyrosine, and the potent isopropylnorsynephrine, there wasn’t a workout we knocked out without this thing hitting like a truck before walking into the gym.

As intense as the high-powered energy and zoning-in focus is, the pumps in Lifted Nutrition’s star supplement are just as good. There isn’t as much in Elevate 2.0 for that benefit, but the stimulants leave just enough room for enhanced blood flow and noticeably better density and fullness. We didn’t feel too much on the performance side in terms of heightened strength or extended reps; however, the energy does more than enough to carry you through.
Summary
We’ve had a lot of pre-workouts as they come through Stack3d like crazy, and it takes a lot for us to stop and use something more than once. We don’t enjoy wasting a workout on an underperforming pre-workout, and Elevate 2.0 is the opposite of that. It overdelivers with an incredibly synergistic formula that packs a punch, has more focus than you could want, and reliable pumps. You can check it out on Lifted Nutrition’s website, although it doesn’t have international shipping just yet.
