Skinny Food expands the menu of its clean and convenient Ready Meal Series

Skinny Food Quick Eat Meals

Over in the United Kingdom, there are a few health and nutrition companies that make prepared meals that don’t need to be stored in the freezer or even the cooler; they are shelf-stable and can be ready in as little as two and a half minutes in the microwave. The Skinny Food has had this sort of thing on the market for quite some time, in a variety of traditional recipes, but with more protein, low sugar, and solid calories.

The Skinny Food Co has put out three new options for its ready meal series this week to go alongside its already available Peri Peri Chicken and Chinese Style Sweet & Sour. There is Japanese Style Katsu Curry, packing 20g of protein and 198 calories. Next is Italian Pasta Bolognese, also packing 20g of protein, more carbs at 34g, and 237 calories, and lastly, Malaysian Style Vegetable Curry with 10g of protein, 24g of carbs, and 171 calories.

The product itself is a quick and easy alternative to your traditional frozen or chilled meal prep, and it is made with real ingredients, including chicken breast and various flavoring ingredients like tomato, garlic, and honey. You can snatch up any of the new options for Skinny Food Co’s ready meals at £3.99 for one, or if you want to commit, the brand has bulk packs of 20 in a single flavor in its online store at £3 each.
