Skytrition in Sweden has been moving at pace recently, following up last year’s debut with a host of other supplements that simply make sense for a growing competitor in the sports nutrition industry. The young brand didn’t start out in the most mainstream categories, but it has since expanded into many of those, including pre-workout and hydration, and the next target on its list is on the health side of things with GuardUp.
GuardUp is Skytrition’s dedicated superfood supplement, not an infusion of fruits and greens into a multivitamin; it is entirely centered around the superfood space. As we’ve seen the Swedish brand do in its handful of other products, GuardUp tackles the category with a variety of ingredients broken down into four blends: Supergreens at 3g, Superreds at 1.2g, Super Purples around 4g, and Fibers, filled with dietary fiber.
As mentioned, GuardUp is all about superfoods to support digestion, gut health, immunity, and general wellness. The innovation slots right into the Skytrition catalog, really as its first complex health-focused supplement, as it hasn’t really gone down this path outside of the three standalones it launched earlier in the year. The Swedish brand has unveiled the product this week and plans on making it completely available within the next couple of weeks through its online store in a Wild Berries flavor with 28 servings.
