The Formula quickly follows its bulk creatine with an entry into the sleep aid space

The Formula Dreamz

The young and growing brand The Formula in the United Kingdom is fresh off the release of its bulk, unflavored, standalone creatine product, expanding its small family that is gradually becoming a more moderate size. Quickly following that is another addition to the family that puts the brand in another new category with The Formula’s first-ever sleep-supporting innovation, the capsule format, Dreamz.

As we’ve mentioned many times before, brands don’t get too complicated internationally with sleep aids, mostly due to the limited number of ingredients they can use, or at least limited to what you get here in the US. The Formula still manages to pump out a damn good combination in Dreamz, bringing together a host of reliable ingredients and dosages similarly impressive to what you get in its other offerings.

The Formula Dreamz Label

The Formula’s newly released Dreamz comes with 200mg each of theanine, elemental magnesium, lemon balm, 5-HTP, and passion flower, again, all common ingredients for the purpose of getting better sleep, and brought together into one product on this occasion. The UK-based brand has also included zinc at 10mg a serving and chamomile at 60mg, with everything in there to help you feel relaxed, get you to sleep more efficiently, and improve overnight recovery.

Sleep is one of the most crucial times of day when it comes to performance and activity, as when maximized, it can have you absolutely recovered by the next day and in the gym doing it all again at 100%. Dreamz is available starting this week from The Formula’s online store, hoping to give you that better night’s sleep, and the price is £34.9 for a month’s supply, or as low as £26.22 in a bulk bundle.
