The European beverage brand Effect is mostly known for its energy drink, heavily available in Germany, and it has a whole host of flavors available for its signature product, including creative options like Coconut Blueberry, Strawberry Apricot, and Guava Massive. The widely available company also has a zero-sugar version on the market, with significantly lower calories, and it also actually sells a vodka energy drink with Effect Mix.
Mix is Effect’s premixed, canned beverage made with reputable 9 Mile Vodka with 10% alcohol, and then, for the brand’s signature benefit, there is 77mg of caffeine for a moderate hit of energy. There are probably others out there, but this is the only energy drink brand we know of that spreads itself into the alcohol market. There are quite a few flavors available for Effect Mix, such as Acai and Guava, all with that obvious touch of vodka.
