The performance brand Work Epic doesn’t have a huge selection of supplements, but it is an interesting selection with a Karbolyn-powered endurance formula named Epic Fuel and the functional coffee infused with PrimaVie and Cognizin. The growing brand has now entered the creatine race, but with a premium, performance twist, similar to what we’ve seen from a few of the industry’s other competitors more recently.
Epic Creatine is Work Epic’s creatine innovation that rolls together a couple of other quality ingredients, and like the carbohydrate Karbolyn, they are from the minds at EFX Sports. The supplement brings together two ingredients, one of course, is creatine, specifically pH-buffered Kre-Alkalyn creatine at 1.5g per serving. Alongside that is calcium hydroxy-methylbutyrate at 1.5g, also known as HMB, but here it’s the trademarked HBM.
We’ve seen a surprising number of supplement companies come out with creatine combined with HMB over the last little bit, including Fresh Supps, the legacy brand Animal, and Nutrify in Brazil, also took that path. It’s Work Epic’s turn this month, although it doesn’t rely on your standard strength, performance, and growth-supporting creatine and HMB in Kre-Alkalyn and HBM, and it’s available in tubs of 60 servings at a hefty $49.99.
