Ancient dives into creatine but with added collagen for a twist of wellness

Ancient Nutrition Creatine Collagen

The wellness giant Ancient Nutrition has come on board the creatine trend, which has seen brand after brand take a swing at it with their first-ever creatine-based supplement, or companies that are already in the space expanding with something more innovative. Ancient’s debut creatine is actually not overly simple, like most newcomers to the category, infusing the product with a bit of extra functionality.

Ancient Nutrition has introduced Creatine Collagen, a hybrid supplement combining the muscle growth and performance benefits of creatine and specifically the joint support of collagen. You do get a full hit of classic creatine monohydrate at 5g per serving, and on the collagen side, it is not the standard bovine collagen peptides; it is a few 100mg of eggshell membrane collagen providing types I, V, and X.

Creatine Collagen is realistically the sort of creatine supplement you’d expect from Ancient Nutrition, giving you the long list of benefits of creatine with a wellness twist from the more uncommon eggshell membrane collagen. It is creatine with an infusion of extra health benefits, and the price isn’t too bad at $29.74 for a tub of 30 servings for unflavored powder, or if you want flavored, there is Lemon at $32.26.
