Naked Gummy puts a hefty 60g of protein into its bag of berry-flavored gummies

Naked Gummy Protein Gummy

The business of gummy supplements continues to expand week after week, and while creatine gummies has been the approach that’s received the most attention, there is a small rise in the functionality of edible protein. Naked Gummy Co is one of the newest players in this particular space, and its signature product is simply named The Protein Gummy, a rather large bag of gummy candies loaded with protein.

Interestingly, the way Naked Gummy Co has packaged its product is more like a creatine gummy or some other edible offering with a key active ingredient. Every bag has 60 mixed berry-flavored gummies, and in each of those is a gram of protein from organic pea and rice protein. Obviously, you don’t consume protein in the same amounts as things like creatine, so if you work this out and go for 20g of protein in a serving, that’s three servings per bag at 20 pieces each.

You could also just rip open a bag of The Protein Gummy and eat them throughout the day or week to add a total of 60g of protein to your intake. There are some carbohydrates that go with that, but at a significantly smaller 300mg per piece, 250mg of that fiber, working out to 6g to 20g of protein, and a calorie count of 120. Most importantly, there is no sugar to these at all, and they’re naturally flavored.

You could probably down an entire bag post-workout for 60g of protein and a very reasonable 360 calories, but don’t forget, that’s also 15g of fiber. The only catch is it’ll be an expensive, delicious, after-workout refueling as an entire bag of the Naked Gummy’s flagship product is $14.99. You can grab the 60-piece bags of The Protein Gummy straight from the brand’s online store with free shipping on two bags.
