Oikos recently upped its game in the health and nutrition space with the Oikos Protein Shake, packing more of the muscle-building macro than any of its other offerings at 30g per bottle. The other numbers on the nutrition profile are relatively lean at 9g of carbohydrates, 4g of fat, and 180 calories. The brand has cooked up another high-protein beverage, which offers a bit more functionality in the Oikos Fusion Shake.
The protein in Oikos Fusion isn’t at the heights of 30g, but it’s not far behind at 23g per bottle. As mentioned, there is more functionality to the innovation than protein, making up for the difference in protein. The carbohydrates are 9g, 1.5g of fat, and 130 calories, and in addition to all of that, the Oikos Fusion Shake has added prebiotic fiber to improve digestion, various vitamins for general health and energy, and calcium.
It’s essentially a blend of high protein, moderate carbohydrates, vitamins, and prebiotic fiber for gut health and digestion; a more comprehensive and functional beverage. Oikos already showed interest in broadening its selection with the recent protein shake, and we certainly get more of that in Oikos Fusion. It is making its way to Walmart this month in three tasty flavors with Vanilla, Mixed Berry, and Strawberry.
