Ultora updates the look of its ready-to-drink protein, tweaks the menu and lowers the price

Ultora Updated Protein Shake

Starting this week in its home market of Japan, Ultora has a refreshed version of its ready-to-drink protein supplement rolling out to FamilyMart stores across the country. At its core, the beverage is pretty much the same, still coming in a compact 200ml carton and packing 16g of protein. The difference comes in the look, as Ultora has updated the branding, as well as the price point and the flavors fans have to choose from.

You can get a glimpse of the revamped Ultora Protein Shake in the image above, which is a lot more modern in its look and feel. As mentioned, it still comes with 16g of protein per carton, added vitamins and minerals for general health, and it’s naturally sweetened with stevia. There is a small change in the menu, as Black Sesame Kinako is still there, although instead of Matcha Latte, the other option is now Milk Tea.

As mentioned, the new Ultora Protein Shake in its continued Black Sesame Kinako flavor and all-new Milk Tea, are available at FamilyMart locations across Japan, and the price has come down to just under the ¥200 mark at ¥199 (1.25 USD).
