Beast is one of the many stimulant-backed pre-workouts from the popular Brazilian brand 3VS Nutrition, separate from its other competitors in Finisher, Prohibido, and even the complex energy drink, Prohibido Fuel. We’ve got Beast in the headlines this week as it has just been relaunched in a fresh new version called Beast Kaos, featuring a whole different look, feel, and pre-workout style combination of ingredients.
In Brazil, pre-workouts don’t get all that complex, and that is primarily thanks to its tough rules and regulations. Most of the time, it is different dosages of caffeine that set them all apart, plus common components like creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline. In 3VS Nutrition’s new Beast Kaos, you get pretty much that, but with a higher level of intensity compared to its predecessor, the simply named Beast.
3VS Nutrition has essentially dialed things up for its Beast Kaos pre-workout, adding beta-alanine at 2g per serving with the same 1g of taurine to power performance, and doubling the dosage of arginine to 2g for muscle pumps. The Brazilian brand has also doubled the focus, taking the original’s 500mg of tyrosine to a whole gram, and driving up the caffeine to 400mg for high-powered energy, compared to Beast’s more moderate 200mg.
3VS Nutrition’s new Beast Kaos is indeed a more chaotic version, adding performance support and massively upping the energy and focus, especially with that 400mg of caffeine. Again, there aren’t many tools brands can play with in Brazil for pre-workouts, but you can see all of them at work here, plus heightened dosages.
