Gym Kitchen adds to its regular and large frozen meals ranges at select Tesco locations

Gym Kitchen More Bigger Portion Options

Amongst the massive selection of healthy, nutritious, protein-loaded foods available from The Gym Kitchen in the United Kingdom, is a frozen meals range. It is a family of familiar recipes that have been given a high-protein, better-for-you approach, like Beef Lasagne and Meat Feast Pasta. They all weigh 400g per pack, until you go up to the Bigger Portion spin-off, which is products from the core frozen meals family with 37% more.

The Gym Kitchen debuted the larger frozen meal series exclusively at Tesco supermarkets in Salt & Pepper Chicken and Chicken Katsu Curry. The functional brand has now decided to bring over another variant from its regular frozen meals range to the 37% bigger format for a total of three options. Joining the original pair is Chicken Korma packing 44g of protein per pack, 58g of carbohydrates, 12g of fat, and a calorie count of 540.

In addition to that third larger Chicken Korma, The Gym Kitchen has launched a completely new Chicken Carbonara meal in its usual frozen meal size with 32g of protein and 388 calories. Like the bigger Chicken Korma, Chicken Carbonara is an exclusive to Tesco and is initially rolling out to over 300 locations across the United Kingdom.
