The always enjoyable better-for-you candy company SmartSweets just dropped an all-new “Lunch Box Friendly” size of its signature low sugar candy with SmartSweets Minis. They are basically half-sized bags of the brand’s original candy in two of its many flavors with Sweet Fish and Sourmelon Bites. SmartSweets has even more up its sleeve as it turns out, although this time around the drop is more related to an occasion.
At the end of next month, Halloween is taking place, and SmartSweets wants to be a part of that, or at least, more of a part. While you could just grab its bags of candy and throw them out to trick-or-treaters, the brand has come out with something a bit more fitting. In preparation for All Hallows’ Eve, which is about seven weeks away, SmartSweets has released special edition reskins of some of its almost no sugar treats.
Exclusive to the big box retailer Target are Halloween edition bags of SmartSweets Gummy Worms, Sour Buddies or Sour Zombie Buddies for the occasion, and SmartSweets Lollipops. They are all the usual products inside, they’ve just been reskinned to go for the time of year, and again, they are only at Target for a limited time.
