Surreal in the United Kingdom just came off the launch of its first completely different format in the protein-packed and low-sugar Surreal Granola. It gives fans something different to choose from while remaining suitable for breakfast, and now it’s doing it again. Hitting the market this month is another crispy and crunchy protein cereal in Surreal Pops, with miniature puff pieces instead of its signature hoops.
The all-new Surreal Pops is about as lean as its original cereal with 18g of protein in a sizeable 48g serving, with soy as the primary source. The carbohydrates come in at 14.3g with practically zero sugar at just 300mg, 7.5g of fat, and a touch under the 200-calorie mark at 193. Surreal Pops has debuted in the one Chocolate flavor, although we imagine that menu will expand if or as the innovation grows in popularity.
Surreal Pops are not available from the brand’s online store, but they are already showing up at the many Sainsbury’s supermarkets throughout the United Kingdom in 240g boxes for the same price as the regular Surreal cereal at £4.95 (6.69 USD).
