Confident Sports puts a lot more than electrolytes in its hydration innovation

Confident Sports H2loaded

Canada’s Confident Sports has introduced a supplement for another mainstream category in hydration, with H2Loaded. The brand is mostly known for its protein powders, like Big Beef and the decadent Chocolate Lovers line, as well as its great value flavored creatine. True to its name, H2Loaded is indeed packed to the top, with more ingredients than your standard hydration competitor, all for the purpose of better hydration and performance.

You can see the formula below, and driving the hydration support is a fair amount of electrolytes, and a huge hit of branched chain amino acids at 4g per serving, plus 2g of glutamine to improve muscle recovery and repair. Basically, it’s more of a complex intra-workout with far more than just electrolytes, and there are also B vitamins, a bit of taurine, glycine, and a splash of focus-enhancing choline bitartrate, again, making for quite the complex product.

Confident Sports doesn’t take your standard approach in most of the supplements it brings to market, and it is continuing that in the newly released H2Loaded. It comes in five refreshing flavors, none of which have any sugar and only four calories with Peach Iced Tea, Watermelon, Pink Lemonade, Green Apple Candy, and Pineapple Coconut. You can grab any of them direct or from retail partners at $54.95 (39.11 USD) for a large bag of 45 servings.
