Per4m makes a shot version of its core pre-workout with a stripped down formula

Per4m Pre Workout Rtd

Per4m has spun off its more standard pre-workout supplement, simply named Energy, from its original bulk powder format into a ready-to-drink, pocket-sized shot. The name is the same, and it is designed to be a comprehensive pre-workout, although the compact version isn’t as in-depth on the formula side. Instead of over ten key ingredients, Per4m’s Energy Shot has five, although they are all respectably dosed.

The components powering the pre-workout performance in Per4m’s ready-to-drink shot Energy include a full 3.2g of beta-alanine to support performance and endurance, and 2g of glycerol to support better muscle pumps. You then have a couple of B vitamins and a strong 350mg of caffeine for a heightened level of energy, covering all of the core pre-workout benefits except for enhanced mental focus.

Again, Per4m Energy Shot is not as comprehensive or complex as the regular pre-workout powder, although that tends to be the tradeoff when you go from traditional tubs to a convenient drink, especially in that small shot format. Fans can snatch up the quick and easy 100ml pre-workout straight from Per4m’s online store, where you can buy singles at £2.99 (3.93 USD) or £29.99 (39.40 USD) for a case of a dozen.
