Live update on the current standings of the Astragin-powered 2025 Protein Wars

Opening Round Open For 25 Protein Wars

With the rush of Thanksgiving and Black Friday, we held off on our live update from the quarterfinals of the 2025 Protein Wars, powered by AstraGin. Here on Saturday, a day late, we’ve got the current standings in this year’s protein powder showdown. This round has received 10s of 1,000s of votes across the six groups of four, of which the most-voted of each will progress through to the semifinals and be one step closer to the intense grand final.

The current leaders of the 15th annual Protein Wars are below, and with two days left in the competition, there is still plenty of time for the potential semifinal qualifiers to change. In group one, Rule One is holding a tight lead over newcomer Infinis Nutrition, group two has Raw Nutrition’s Itholate marginally ahead of past champion Ghost Whey, and group three has Muscle Sport’s Lean Whey holding a strong lead with Unmatched Isolate next.

The other live leaders of the AstraGin-powered Protein Wars for 2025 are MuscleTech’s Nitro-Tech, well ahead of its group of Panda, Basic, and Macro1, multiple winner Loaded Protein from RYSE just ahead of Core Pro and Perfect Sports Diesel, and the clearly hugely popular mainstream product, Six Star Whey Protein. Again, voting ends midnight tomorrow, and if you haven’t already, you can get your votes in by simply visiting proteinwars.com.
