Russian innovator Bombbar has won more consecutive Brand Of The Year titles than anyone else, specifically Functional Brand Of The Year. For an intense three-year stretch, the brand won us over with its relentless innovation, pumping out all sorts of better-for-you foods with heightened levels of protein, low carbohydrates, or both. Bombbar has been picking things up again this year, with even more of that this past month or two.
Keeping that gradually growing run of innovation, Bombbar has released Protein Brownie Quadro, not to be confused with its already available Protein Brownie or any other brownie-type products it has on the market. It’s a little tough to tell what makes this so different from the brand’s other offerings, although it sounds like a more gourmet offering, with the quad part being in reference to maybe the tastes and textures.
Differences aside, Bombbar’s Protein Brownie Quadro features a decadent brownie build with 10g of protein, under 4g of carbohydrates, a heavy 13g of fat, and just shy of 200 calories. As for the flavors, there are plenty, all gourmet dessert experiences in Cookies & Cream, Hazelnut, Pistachio, and a decadent Classic Chocolate.
