Six formidable protein powders battling it out in the semifinals of the 2025 Protein Wars

Protein Wars 2025 Semifinals Vote Now

After an intense quarterfinals round that, as previously confirmed, saw 10s of 1,000s of votes come in from protein powder consumers from all around the world, we have our remaining six competitors for the 2025 Protein Wars, presented by AstraGin. We’ve held this competition for a decade and a half and throughout those many battles, there have been plenty of regulars in the later stages, and there are plenty of them in the running for the title this year.

Dominating, multiple, and remaining champion Loaded Protein from RYSE has progressed through to semifinal one, going up against another final regular in R1 Whey Protein from Rule One and the popular mainstream supplement, 100% Whey Protein from Six Star. Filling out the other semifinal is a product that has always been in the running but never grabbed the title in Nitro-Tech from MuscleTech, taking on Muscle Sport Lean Whey and Raw Nutrition’s Itholate.

As per usual, voting is live today and is going to remain that way through until midnight right at the end of the week on Sunday. To have your say, show support, and vote for your preferred protein powder, stop by proteinwars.com, select one from each group, and submit.
