5% Nutrition has chased up the recent release of its nighttime recovery-supporting muscle builder HGH Monster with the reveal of a new pre-workout, a spin-off actually of its long-running stimulant-backed 5150. The soon-to-be-released supplement is 5150 Gladiator, which is seemingly a sequel to the regular 5150, with the brand itself stating that if you’re a fan of the original, you’re going to want to take the Gladiator Edition for a round.
The all-new 5150 Gladiator is actually very similar to 5% Nutrition’s already available 5150 in terms of balance. There are a few ingredients for muscle pumps and performance, including citrulline, glycerol, agmatine, and beta-alanine, and this time around, they’re dosed much better. The citrulline has been doubled to 8g, the taurine remains at 2g, agmatine is in there at a solid 1.5g, and the beta-alanine has been inched up to the studied 3.2g.

As for the sensory side of 5150 Gladiator, which is what the regular 5150 is known for, 5% Nutrition has stepped that up a bit. The brand still has plenty of components to increase and enhance energy and focus, including theobromine, yerba mate, hard-hitting alpha yohimbine, huperzine, choline, and a much better dose of alpha-gpc at 600mg. The caffeine is still high too, staying at the same 400mg from fast and slow sources.
Looking at it on paper, 5% Nutrition has improved the non-sensory portion of 5150 for 5150 Gladiator, increasing the dosages of the pump ingredients mostly, strongly driving up the nootropics too, and keeping the energy much the same. The brand is right to say that if you like the feel and balance of 5150, the Gladiator Edition is for you, although it’ll be interesting to see the price, as there will only be 20 servings in the spin-off while the original has 30.
