Swebar is indeed a protein bar from Sweden, and it’s as readily available throughout the country as players you may be much more familiar with, like Barebells, GAAM Nutrition, Gainomax, and ProPud’s doughy entry. While the Swebar has a much more classic and old school look and feel, it delivers a modern competitive experience with great taste and texture, even in some of its most unique options like Meringue Waffle and Chocolate Ball.
This month, Swebar is bringing out two significantly more unique flavors of its signature protein snack, and we’re saying unique, knowing how much of a standout the creative company already is. The newest tastes for the long-running Swedish brand are both candy-inspired, in Fizzy Soda and Peach Candy. Very interestingly, the products are promoted as being soft and fluffy, which certainly has us wondering what this is going to be like on the inside.
All of the flavors we’ve had of the Swebar are relatively dense, but still deliver on the taste they’re aiming for. With Fizzy Soda and Peach Candy said to be soft and fluffy, we’re left thinking these will be more of a candy bar-like experience, we’ll just have to wait and see, and the wait isn’t long as the extensions are expected to hit stores soon.
