On Thursday evening, March 5th, right before all of the action kicks off at the Arnold Expo the following day, we have teamed up with the reputable manufacturer Adept Life Sciences for an industry-exclusive workout. It is going to take place at one of the best gyms in Columbus, Ohio, Sparked Society Gym, which recently expanded its facility to include a golden-era bodybuilding room complete with vintage posters of the man himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The event is sponsored by Adept Life Sciences, which is responsible for ensuring all industry individuals get to lift for free and keeping everyone fed, as there will be catering for post-workout nutrition, or pre and intra if you’re so inclined. Anyone from any brand, exhibiting at the Arnold Expo or not, can drop by Sparked Society Gym around the hours of 6 to 8PM on Thursday, the 5th of March, and get a workout in, network, catch up, and feed your muscles.
All you need to do if you’re with a sports nutrition company is say you’re with “Stack3d” and your brand, and you can walk right in to Sparked Society Gym during those hours. We look forward to seeing everything there, taking some pre-workout, and pushing some limits before the sold-out Arnold Expo takes place just over half a day later.
