The standard sizes of energy drinks are the full 16oz and the 25% smaller 12oz, with the majority of competitors aligning themselves with one or the other, and some dabbling in both as an alternative or even a different experience. Internationally, it is traditionally milliliter amounts that are in the same area, and in some cases, there are a few that go smaller than the 12oz or 330ml range, including the likes of Red Bull and Ghost Energy with their 8.4oz.
Bucked Up is about to join the list of energy drink companies that dip below the standard 16oz and 12oz sizes, especially in the US, and even lower than that signature 8.4oz Red Bull. Launching in the coming days from the popular sports nutrition brand is a 7.5oz Bucked Up Energy Drink, which works out to 222ml. To go with the lighter volume, Bucked Up has dropped the caffeine more than just a scale down from the 300mg of the 16oz down to 100mg.
The significantly smaller 7.5oz Bucked Up Energy Drink has all of the other active ingredients of the beverage like alpha-gpc, theanine, and the powerful pair of Dynamine and TeaCrine to enhance focus and further fuel energy. The brand is rolling out the pocket-sized energy drink in a couple of days in four of the ongoing flavors from the full-size product in White Gummy Deer, the pineapple and strawberry blend Miami, Frosted Lemonade, and Rocket Pop.
