Oak makes a large half-gallon version of its protein shake with 120g of protein

Oak Plus Protein Two Liter

Australian dairy brand Oak has all sorts of milk products available in its home country, its signature being flavored milk with delicious, calorie-loaded flavors in sweet Strawberry, Peppermint Crisp, Vanilla Malt, and classic Chocolate. Last year, the mainstream brand jumped into the health and nutrition side of things with the ready-to-drink Oak Plus Protein, packing 30g of quality protein in a half-liter bottle with an equal amount of carbohydrates and as much as 310 calories.

Oak has taken that Oak Plus Protein concept and brought it over to the bulk size you get its flavored milk in. You can indeed now purchase Oak Plus Protein in a large two-liter or about a half-gallon bottle, in two of the original ready-to-drink flavors, Chocolate and Salted Caramel. It has all of the same nutrition and balance, there is just four times as much for you to serve over time for a few workouts and meals, or throw it all back at once for a delicious beast of a mass gainer.

If you want to take in an entire two liters of Oak Plus Protein, you’re looking at 120g of protein, 112g of carbohydrates, 106g of that sugar, 28g of fat, and a mass protein supplement-like calorie count of 1,244. Those are the numbers for the Chocolate flavor, with Salted Caramel a bit below at the same 120g of protein but 1,212 calories. It is much better value than grabbing the 500ml Oak Plus Protein, as you get four times as much and it’s just twice the price at $8.95 (6.35 USD).
