The health and nutrition company 1st Phorm has been building its presence in the energy drink market with Phorm Energy Drink, featuring Neurofactor to enhance focus, 200mg of energizing caffeine, and next-to-no calories. The team is now trying its hand at another common beverage space supplement brands get into with a ready-to-drink protein shake, introducing Phorm Protein, currently only available at Wally’s and Dierbergs Markets.
The all-new Phorm Protein Shake from 1st Phorm comes with a solid 30g of complete protein in a 14oz bottle alongside 7g of carbohydrates, just 1g of sugar, 4g of fat, and 190 calories. That’s right around the protein-to-calorie ratio of Redcon1’s MRE RTD, which has 10g more protein at 40g and a bit over the 200-calorie mark. There are two flavors available in coolers, and they’re both pretty straightforward with the classic Chocolate and Vanilla.
As mentioned, the Phorm Protein Shake is now available for purchase exclusively in the major retail chain Wally’s and the long-running grocery store Dierbergs Markets, located in the hometown of 1st Phorm, St. Louis, Missouri. The brand is starting very small in terms of distribution, but with the wide availability of its energy drink, we imagine as the Phorm Protein Shake grows in popularity, it will eventually expand into other stores and stockists.
