Creatine gummy brand Create drops a hybrid creatine and hydration stick pack product

Create Creatine Electrolytes

The creatine gummy specialist, Create, branched out into creatine stick packs over a year ago, keeping the formula to just classic creatine monohydrate, but making it more convenient by putting each serving into a stick pack. The brand has now added a supplement that’s very similar, coming in convenient stick packs, although the formula inside is not as straightforward as it has a hybrid approach with two types of ingredients and benefits.

The team at Create has revealed and released Creatine Electrolytes, which, as you could instantly guess, combines the power of classic creatine monohydrate at a full 5g per serving to support muscle strength, performance, and power. In addition to that, you get over a gram of electrolytes, including half a gram of sodium and 250mg of potassium, plus a gram of taurine, to collectively improve hydration, performance, and recovery.

Create Creatine Electrolytes Label

It is worth noting that Create’s new two-in-one hydration-supporting muscle builder is quite expensive for what you get. A bag of 30 servings of Creatine Electrolytes costs $48 in your choice of Passionfruit, Lemon Lime, and Watermelon flavors. You can buy a 60-serving tub of creatine from the likes of Body Fortress for $14.99, leaving plenty of room for an advanced hydration product, but that’s without the stick pack convenience.
