The new ProForce Protein Ice Cream Sticks from Piracanjuba provide 10g of quality protein per pop, just 14g of fat, 11g of carbohydrates, with only 3.2g of that sugar, and just over 200 calories, ranging from 202 to 209 depending on the flavor. Again, there are three dessert-like flavors available for the frozen functional food, including Chocolate, Strawberry Chocolate, with strawberry ice cream inside, and a smooth Coconut.
Regardless of which flavor you grab, they all come covered in a rich chocolate outer with crispy chocolate pieces sprinkled throughout. The protein-to-calorie ratio is far and away from your standard protein shake as well as a typical protein bar, although considering it’s a decadent ice cream treat, it’s more than fair.
