Sporter gets on the creatine gummy trend with a scalable 1.25g per piece

Sporter Creatine Gummies

As much as protein-infused foods as well as protein-focused beverages have taken over the industry, so has the concept of edible creatine, where you get the tried and true muscle-building ingredient in an edible format rather than pill or powder. Gummies have been the most popular way to go, and that is exactly what Sporter in Ukraine has just adapted by way of its simply named Creatine Gummies in a delicious citrusy taste.

Sporter Creatine Gummies has a pretty standard dosage of classic creatine monohydrate per piece at 1.25g, and while the brand suggests taking two for a serving, you can obviously scale that up to four for the full daily dosage of 5g. That will bring the serving total down a fair bit, although in total, you get 150 gummies per bottle. That works out to about 32 or 33 complete servings, more than enough to supply you for a typical month.

Sporter has also managed to keep its Creatine Gummies completely sugar-free, meaning minimal carbohydrates and calories, so bumping up to four a day won’t have much effect on your nutrition for the day. The price of the product is not too bad for how much you get, sitting at ₴885 (20.24 USD), and it’s available now in the brand’s home country of Ukraine.
