Zhou follows suit and comes out with a complex creatine featuring HMB

Zhou Nutrition Creatine Hmb

Like many other health and wellness brands, Zhou Nutrition has been building its presence in the creatine category, adding more than your standard bulk bottle of unflavored or flavored powder. The popular company now has gummies, another edible option in chews, and even some complex varieties like Creatine Calm + Focus. It is continuing to build out that side of its business this week with the debut of Creatine + HMB, which is exactly what it’s called.

Advanced creatine supplements is something that is surging out of the rise in popularity of creatine, where brands combine the classic strength and performance ingredient with other like-minded components. Blending creatine and the recovery-supporting leucine metabolite HMB is one of the common ways to go, and that is exactly what Zhou Nutrition has dropped in Creatine + HMB, with a full 5g of creatine monohydrate and 3g of myHMB per serving.

Other notable brands that have come out with the same sort of concept as Zhou Nutrition, over the last year or so, include Animal, NutraBio, Transparent Labs, Gaspari, SteelFit, Fresh, and Jacked Factory. The complexity does bump up the cost compared to your usual standalone creatine, and Zhou’s latest doesn’t avoid that, costing $39.09 for a bottle of 30 servings, which is double the price versus the brand’s own basic Creatine at $28.19 for 45 servings.
