Ready puts more protein in its second bar while still delivering great taste and texture

Ready High Protein Bar

Ready has created a second protein bar, second to the Ready Clean Protein Bar, and its snack bar-style build, featuring a Rice Krispies-style main body with a hard, flavorful base and squiggles across the top. That product tips the scales at 50g each, a wholesome eating experience, and it has a moderate 15g of protein per piece. The newly released Ready High Protein Bar takes things up a notch with a snack that’s the same 50g, but you get 33% more protein.

The new Ready High Protein Bar packs 20g of the muscle-building macro from milk, whey, and pea, slightly less than that in carbohydrates at 17g, 4g of that sugar, 6g of fat, and an even 200 calories. It is simply a higher protein bar, and the brand has assured fans it hasn’t let up in taste and texture. Ready claims it’s just as delicious in its Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Caramel Crunch flavor, and it features a different build from Clean Protein Bar, with a doughy body, and chocolate chip or gooey caramel and peanuts inside, covered in rich milk chocolate.

If you’re a fan of Ready and its growing selection of protein snacks and foods, and have been wanting something that doesn’t sacrifice taste and delivers more protein in the classic bar format, its latest effort is the answer. The brand has come through with plenty of value on this one, too, where a box of 12 through teamready.com will cost you $29.99, or if you really want to save some money, Sam’s Club has a variety bundle with six each of its two flavors at $19.98.
