The overall balance is pretty solid too, where the calories to that 40g of protein range from 390 to 430, right on that ideal ratio of 20g of protein to 200 calories.

There is now finally a fourth taste on the menu, and it’s a decadent dessert that fits right into the format with Salted Caramel Crunch. It features a salted caramel-flavored ice cream with crunchy pieces throughout, at that same 40g of muscle-building protein alongside a solid 390 calories.
If you want to try the newest flavor of Frozen One’s increasingly popular protein ice cream, you’ll have to head to your local Target, where single-pint pots are priced at $6.99. The functional food company has given the big box retailer exclusivity on the new Salted Caramel Crunch, and it’s hard to miss in the frozen section, as it stands out with a popping purple label.
