Kodiak packs 20g of protein into its turkey sausage, egg and cheddar-filled English muffin

Kodiak Protein English Muffin

The mainstream-level functional food company Kodiak has a whole new product for fans to enjoy this month with the Protein-Packed English Muffin. It is a complete, fully-prepared, frozen food that you simply take out of the box and wrapper, throw it in the microwave for a minute or so, give it time to sit, and it’s good to go. The end result is a delicious, savory, high-protein meal to ideally kickstart your day.

Kodiak’s new Protein-Packed English Muffin is made with two slices of whole-grain English muffin, as per the name, with high-protein turkey sausage, a fried egg, and cheddar cheese in the middle. Nutritionally, the product works as a complete breakfast replacement with a solid 20g of protein in each of the two sandwiches, 26g of wholegrain carbohydrates, only 2g of that sugar, 10g of fat, and 270 calories.

The Protein-Packed English Muffin is available now in retailers where you typically find Kodiak’s protein heightened products, including Target, where a box of two will cost you $6.69, which is $3.35 per breakfast if you have one at a time.
