Dragon puts a crisp green apple profile in its all-new Green Freak energy drink

Green Freak Dragon Energy Drink

Dragon Energy Drink continues to keep things interesting in its home market of South Africa, where its menu has grown to include everything from the tropical Guava Lime and pomegranate-powered Grenade through to the uniquely crafted Peachy Nut. The latest extension is another flavor that wears its personality on its sleeve in Green Freak, joining the family as a bright and refreshing experience with an equally loud and eye-catching look.

As you’d expect from the name, Green Freak is all about the crisp, sweet, and slightly tart taste of green apple, reflected in its vibrant lime-green packaging and graffiti-inspired design. The flavor is available in Dragon Energy’s standard 500ml format and high-calorie recipe. Green Freak continues the beverage’s usual 150mg of caffeine, 18.5g of sugar from 20g of carbohydrates, and 78 calories, which is as bad as others but still on the high side.
