South Africa’s Nutricon leaps into creatine gummies with 2.5g per piece

Nutricon Creatine Gummies

The craze of creatine gummy supplements has spread across the globe, initially becoming ridiculously popular here in the U.S., then on to many other major markets, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and South Africa. We’re focusing on South Africa in this post, as the domestic competitor Nutricon has jumped on the trend with its simply named Creatine Gummies, packed with the classic muscle-building ingredients in three fruity flavors.

Nutricon’s Creatine Gummies come with 2.5g of tried and true creatine monohydrate per piece, for the standard daily dosage of 5g across two soft and chewy gummy candy pieces. The macros come in at 10g of carbohydrates, most of which is sugar at 6g, and a calorie count of 41. It’s a common amount of nutrition for a creatine gummy supplement, and it’s consistent across the three flavors in a sweet Cherry, crisp Apple, and a deliciously smooth Mango.

The average cost of sports nutrition products in South Africa is far lower than most countries, and the newly released Creatine Gummies from Nutricon reflect that at R249 (15.13 USD) for a bag of 30 pieces, working out to 15 servings at the 5g dose.
