The extension has precisely 365 servings of tried and true creatine monohydrate, each of those servings working out to a full daily dosage of 5g. 365 servings is precisely one year’s supply, so while “Family Size” does suggest it can be shared, solo, it’s enough creatine for every day of the year.
Compared to the 60 serving Creatine Monohydrate, The Big One, as it’s nicknamed, is much more cost-effective at $110. Next to some of the other larger creatine supplements we’ve seen out there, it’s not as competitive, such as Rival Nutrition’s 240-count Micronized Creatine, which debuted at $37.
